Krissie has spent a significant part of her career leading major transformation programs in financial services, and has led teams of up to 4500 through programs of revenue growth, consolidation, offshoring, restructuring, and upskilling. From leading mature national and state-based sales and service teams, through to building offshore capability in Bangalore and Manila, she has consistently driven great business outcomes.

At NAB, Krissie has driven the transformation of the enterprise retail footprint over a three-year period. This includes investment, divestment, and relocation of branches, aligning to higher growth and foot traffic locations. She also led a program to completely re-shape the retail workforce to reflect changing consumer demands.

She brings a wealth of experience in financial services not just in her various capacities at NAB over the years but also previously at ANZ; as a member of the Retail and Business Banking Industrial Council FINSIA; and as a Board Director at both Advantedge Financial Services and Shout For Good fundraising and donations service.
