Her career has spanned multiple industries and disciplines, holding executive leadership positions in Financial Services, Travel/Aviation, Insurance, Telecommunications, Digital Technology and Media. Michelle has a track record of delivering commercial outcomes, with remits including P&L management, strategy, business development, digital, human centred design, change management and transforming/leading large operational sales, product, and marketing teams.
 
She is often on industry judging and speaking panels, has an eMBA (University of Sydney), and has attended the Harvard General Management Program and THNK Executive Program (Amsterdam, NL).
