Renece Brewster was the CEO and co-founder of Visual Domain, Australia’s largest in-house video production agency. After successfully leading the company to an acquisition by News Corp in 2021, she exited Visual Domain in March of this year.

Renece Brewster is also the Co-Founder of Her Tech Circle, a newly established independent organisation dedicated to empowering women in technology in Australia. Previously, she served as the Co-Managing Director of Girls in Tech Australia, a volunteer-led, global non-profit organization. Under her leadership, Girls in Tech Australia grew to a community of 17,000 members and was known for its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and career advancement for women in technology.

Renece played a pivotal role in the transition from Girls in Tech to Her Tech Circle, responding to the challenges faced by Girls in Tech HQ by establishing a new entity tailored to the unique needs of the Australian tech community. Her Tech Circle continues the mission of creating a supportive community for women at all stages of their tech careers and facilitating conversations that lead to career progression and workplace improvement. Renece is passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of female tech leaders, ensuring they have the resources and community needed to thrive in the industry.
